Hormones
Ugh!
This one is such a big one for us ladies, right?
I know for myself, I feel like every well I have a different hormone pattern. One week I’m fatigued, another I’m super hungry, then the next super emotional.
Anybody else or just me lol 🙁
Hormones effect your body functions, how it holds onto fat or water, etc.
So of course this is naturally going to effect your right loss.

Sleep
Oh, for some of us the elusive sleep.
Actually, on most nights since my son turned 4 or so, I can manage to get in a decent sleep most nights 6-7 hours).
But for those three years, or so before my nights were miserable as any new parent knows.
We all know not getting enough sleep is not helpful in terms of just daily functioning let alone our weight lose journey.

For one reason, if you are not having regular bathroom visits then this can definitely effect whether you’ll see weight loss or not.
Now, it won’t be like five pounds but it could easily be half a pound to a pound.
Past Weight Loss
If you have yo-yo dieted most of your life or have been eating at such a low calorie count for so long this will play into your weight loss ability.

It does not include counting the calories you might use up during exercise or any other kind of movement.
Just straight forward the calories you eat on a daily basis.
If you don’t know your maintenance calories then it will be harder to understand what you need to do to lose weight.
And to lose weight properly and dare I say without suffering.
Yes, without suffering, I believe, is possible but we need to know all the factors.
