Are you looking for some quick and easy super bowl food recipes?
If you’ve read my What makes me happy in the Fall post, you know I love football.
I love the game …. and the food 🙂
Unfortunately, I’ve never had much luck getting friends together for a super bowl party.
I love football much more than any of my friends lol 🙁
Needless to say, I think I’ve managed to have two get-togethers and this post has been my super bowl party food menu.

Super Bowl Food Recipes: Entrees
Easy Stromboli Recipe
Have you ever had a stromboli?
A stromboli is basically a rolled-up pizza.
Take some pizza dough and roll it out into a thin rectangle.
Start with pizza sauce, then add some mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings.
Then begin along the long side rolling into a log shape.
Place onto your baking sheet with the seam facing down.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until it is bubbling and brown.
Pizza
Whether you order one or make one, this is a must for any football game 🙂
Easy wings recipe
If you’ve ever wanted to try making your own wings then this recipe is what you’re looking for.
With only four ingredients, and I bet you already have all of them, these will be ready before you know it.
Chips and Dips
Pretty self-explanatory 🙂
Pick your favorite chips: corn, potato, veggie.
Then add your favorite dip: french onion, salsa, ranch.
Food for your next football games doesn’t have to be hard!
7 Layer Dip
One of the best options to add to your super bowl party food menu.
It has a cream cheese mix, ground meat or refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese and your usual toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, olives, etc.).
Pretty much a total meal in one easy to prepare and eat dish 🙂
Guacamole
Whether you like it, love it, hate it or have never tried it, it’s such a simple dish to put on your next super bowl party food menu.
And here’s my little secret to making it super quick but still semi-homemade.
Simply mix some already prepared salsa into the mashed up avocados!
And voila, you have yourself some delicious guacamole.
Nachos
Now, these can either be one of your super bowl appetizers or a full meal depending on how you build them.
Personal, almost everything in the 7-layer dip mentioned above except for the cream cheese mix, I love to put into my nachos.
All the meats, cheeses and veggie toppings to round it all out.
But you can go super simple by just melting your favorite cheese(s) on top of a layer of corn chips.
Use the oven or the microwave.
Then, the sky’s the limit after that.
Keep it vegetarian or do a meat-lovers!
P.s. you can always add more layers 🙂
And now, on to the desserts 🙂
Super Bowl Food Recipes: Desserts
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
O.k., I’m going to bare my soul here and show you my attempt (sorry, it’s a blurry picture too):
But…. this should give you an idea of what you’re shooting for 🙂
Melt your favorite chocolate chips either in the microwave or a double boiler (I find a double boiler to be easier).
Dip the strawberries in the chocolate until mostly/fully coated and let cool so they can harden a bit.
Then melt some white chocolate, again in the microwave or a double boiler.
Take a Ziploc bag and cut a tiny hole in one bottom corner then spoon in some of the melted white chocolate.
Use the tip to create the lines of the football on the chocolate.
Let cool, arrange on a beautiful serving tray and enjoy 🙂
Magic bars
This dessert belongs on everyone’s super bowl party food menu!
Why you might ask?
Because they are the most delicious yet super simple desserts to make.
Crumble up some graham crackers and mix with melted butter to make a crust for the bars.
Press the mixture into your baking dish then pour some sweetened condensed milk on top and spread out evenly.
Add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut flakes and nuts to the top and press down gently.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
You will not be disappointed!!
Good ole chocolate chips cookies
Who doesn’t love a good chocolate chip cookie?
I just hosted a cookie swap and I got congratulated on them 🙂
Do you know what my secret is?
Now, you might want to sit down for this.
I followed the recipe on the back of the chocolate chip bag!
Yup, you read that right, I just followed the recipe.
You don’t have to go crazy to get great results.
