My Version
I go between eating low carb and not all the time. My father though, years ago was diagnosed at pre-diabetic, tries his best to eat low carb. And that is how this recipe was born!
It begins with a low carb wrap.
Yup, you heard that right, we use wraps, specifically tortilla wraps 🙂
Now of course there are so many other choices you can make when you’re in the store.
There are mixes, premade doughs, and premade/preformed pizza crusts, it’s really up to you.
Then we use tomato sauce.
Nope, not pizza sauce, marinara sauce or any other pizza variety. But of course, this is your pizza so whatever you have at home or want to get at the store works!
And, as far as the toppings, we go simple: shredded cheddar cheese and pepperoni slices.
But again, your pizza, your toppings 🙂
Let’s build it!
