I recently ran across a new cleanse claiming to be revolutionary! It’s call the Carnivore Cleanse.
Now, I don’t know about you but, after having my son, I’ve found it very difficult to lose the extra weight.
Part of it is time, energy level, and motivation.
You know, all the awesome excuses we all use to not carve out just a few minutes a day to really commit to our health.
But what if you could kick-start it in just 3-7 days?
And it involved eating meat?
I know I’m in lol and that’s exactly what I found in this Carnivore Cleanse.
This cleanse has a 3, 5, or 7 day option and it obviously involves meat :)!
How excellent is that?
So, I’m so excited to try this cleanse and see if it’ll help kick-start my ‘health plan’.

It’s my pleasure, Cassie. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
Well, it’s definitely my pleasure! So let’s get started. Please tell us a little about yourself:
I’m what I like to call an independent health researcher.
Interesting! Tell me more about that.
Well, everyone is familiar with those stories where “Big Medicine” tells you a certain drug will prevent an illness only to find out later that that pill has worse side effects than the illness it was supposed to cure!
Oh my gosh, yes! That always amazes me.
Exactly! You know, those stories are the result of millions of dollars of marketing on the part of big drug companies.
You can see their ads every day on TV telling you to ask your doctor if this hot new drug is right for you.
I like to think for myself and actually dig in to the medical studies and see for myself.
As it relates to my new book “The Carnivore Cleanse“, I found that high vegetable, or vegetarian, diets can be counter-productive and that the human digestive system is ideally suited to a high meat or carnivorous diet.

People often think that eliminating meat and eating all vegetables will allow their body to detox and cleanse itself of heavy metals, chemicals, etc.
But the fact is that most of those ‘toxins’ come from plants! Between our polluted water and high usage of pesticides, almost all plants we eat are contaminated.
Most rice is contaminated with arsenic – even the organic varieties.
Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Round-Up, is so widely used that it can be found in soy, corn, beets, carrots, and oats.
Recently, it’s even been reported that measurable levels were found in breakfast cereals.
Studies have also found glyphosate in human urine and even breast milk.
Wow! That is crazy.
Right! So how can you allow your body to detox if your food itself is the source of the toxins?
The answer it turns out is to eat meat, eggs, and fish and eliminate the troublesome plant poisons – at least for a short time, and that revelation evolved into the Carnivore Cleanse.

Traditionally when you think of a cleanse, most people would envision something like a juice cleanse where you drink several green smoothies per day.
Or you might be thinking of a cleanse kit you can buy that usually includes pills, fiber, teas, etc.
Not only are those actually completely ineffective, but they can also be dangerous due to pesticides, additives, and untested ingredients.
