Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
Ingredients
The ingredients are simple.
Chicken breast (we’ve been using canned lately), frozen mixed vegetables, can of mushroom soup.
And then what you need for the breading.
The Bisquick mix, milk and an egg.
The Process
Mix the first three ingredients in a bowl.
No, you do not need to cook or thaw the vegetables.
They will have plenty to time to thaw and soften during the cooking.
In a separate bowl, mix together the last three ingredients.
Pour the chicken mixture into your pie dish, or if you have individual pie dishes why not use those and everyone can have their own special pot pie!
Next, pour the Bisquick mixture on top of the chicken and bake.
If you are using individual dishes you may need less time.
