Inhale.
Breathe.
Feel the air flow into and through your body.
O.K., I don’t mean to sound like an exercise instructor but try it.
Every day is a new day!
Life is always changing!
In the spring, trees, plants, animals are waking up from the doldrums of winter and are starting to move about.

How about you?
When was the last time you went outside and just took a breath?
Do you know how important breathing is to your body?
I mean, we all breathe, right? But most of us are what they call shallow breathers.
We take short, little breaths rather than longer bigger ones.
When was the last time you took a deep breath?
I just took one right now and you know what?
I feel better, more relaxed.
Now you try.
Take a deep breath.
Stop……take a deep breath!
How do you feel?
Better too I bet!
So, let’s get into it.
12 Powerful Benefits of Deep Breathing

Now, take another deep breath.
Our bodies and brains need the air.
Doesn’t that feel a bit better?
I know, not life-changing – necessarily – but it’s always good.
Throughout your day, remember to breathe.
#7

There are several benefits of deep breathing that affect you physically too:

(Interesting side note and I don’t think this is cheating: I use this technique when I go to the doctor. You know how they always take your blood pressure? I always make sure I’m taking deep breathes while they’re doing this and it works!)

~ Increases your body’s ability to work properly.
So remember: Take a deep breath now and then.
Whether you’re stressed, excited, or just plain exhausted.
Breathe.
It doesn’t cost anything, it doesn’t take any extra time out of your day – you’re doing it anyway (probably just not mindfully).
And in the long run your body and brain with thank you.
So remember, don’t forget to breathe.
Sounds crazy, we always hear this, right?
But seriously, have you ever found yourself holding your breath?
Or just too scared, angry, frustrated, (fill in your term here) that you are taking very shallow breaths?
It happens and it will happen again, it’s the way life works, but when it does try to take a step back and take a good, long, deep breath!
