Quick Recipe Notes
- If you don’t have quick rolled oats, then chop up some regular oats and you’ll be fine.
- Looking for a chunkier dish then cut your apples into larger chunks.
- Remember to do your best to make your slices/chunks roughly the same size. That way they will cook more evenly.

Apple Crisp
- 3 apples
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup quick rolled oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
Core your apples.
Peel the apples (optional).
Cut your apples fairly thin and uniform.
Prep an 8-inch pie dish or 4 smaller individual pie dishes by lightly buttering or greasing them.
Evenly place apple slices into the dishes.
Mix your flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter in a small bowl until well combined. Use your fingers for a more crumbly texture.
Evenly spread the topping onto the apples.
Bake the apples at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until bubbling and hot.
Serve immediately.
Add vanilla ice cream for that finishing touch.

You will never regret making this dessert!
And it’s certainly one of the best ways to enjoy a fall evening 🙂
